Let the states decide

Such a topsy turvy world we live in. One of the few great ideas Reagan had was his vision of federalism, getting the federal government out state's business. Yes, I know there are limitations to this theory. I have my list of laws to fix issues too.

But, I think Obama is on a good track with this:
